I did an earlier post about the popularity of barn sales here, and one of my favorites is Ekster’s barn sale in Hamilton Va. They were open this past weekend and I went with a few friends. It was four of us total, so we took 2 vehicles (which is a good thing we did because I needed both to bring back my purchases! Ha!) All of us have recently purchased or are in the process of purchasing new homes, so it was fun to help each other with design ideas.

Loved this cute cherub fountain! I have a thing for cherubs (or putti), I will do a post on that later!
She always has a great selection of reclaimed wood tables & chairs (sorry for the bad pics, I’m still using my i phone!)

If you haven’t been to one of her sales, you must go!
The bench went in my basement as you come in from the garage, I still need to hang art or a mirror
The table also went in my basement between two Ikea chairs (notice the cherub on the table) LOL
